Plumbers, electricians, roofers, painters, tilers, carpenters, handymen, waterproofers, appliance repair and general maintenance. If you fix homes, there's a spot for you.
Which areas are covered? +
Cape Town only at launch. You register the suburbs you're willing to service. We'll notify you when we expand to Johannesburg and other cities.
How does payment work when I want a lead? +
When you receive a job notification, there's a secure payment link included. Pay R50 by card or EFT and the customer's full details unlock immediately. No waiting, no manual approval.
What if the customer doesn't respond after I unlock? +
You're paying to access a real enquiry, not a guaranteed job. Contractors who respond fast have the best conversion rate. During our launch phase, contact us directly on WhatsApp if there's an issue and we'll sort it out.
Is Snap & Fix POPIA compliant? +
Yes. Your registration details are used only to match you with relevant repair leads in your area. Your information is never sold to third parties. You can opt out of WhatsApp notifications at any time by replying STOP.
Is there a monthly fee or subscription? +
